Celebrating Digital Innovation Across Health and Social Care: HSC Digital Awards Shortlist Announcement

Published:

The DHCNI HSC Digital Awards 2026 have highlighted the incredible innovation, collaboration and dedication taking place across health and social care in Northern Ireland.

This year, we received an outstanding number of submissions from teams and individuals working across a wide range of disciplines, organisations and services. The quality of entries was exceptionally high, showcasing innovative approaches, meaningful partnerships and digital solutions that are making a real difference for patients, service users and staff across our system.

The short-listing panel faced a challenging task in selecting this year’s shortlist.  Across every category, entries demonstrated creativity, commitment and a shared determination to improve services through the effective use of digital technologies and data.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who took the time to prepare and submit an entry.  Every submission helped shine a light on the impressive work taking place throughout Northern Ireland and reflects the passion and expertise of those driving digital transformation across health and social care.

Congratulations to all those who have been shortlisted.  Being selected from such a strong and competitive field is a significant achievement and recognition of the impact your work is having.

Shortlisted entries will now be invited to present to our judging panel who will have the unenviable task of choosing our overall winners.  We look forward to celebrating the achievements of our shortlisted teams and individuals at the DHCNI HSC Digital Awards Ceremony, taking place at La Mon Hotel & Country Club on 8 October 2026.

The event will bring together colleagues and partners from across the health and social care community to recognise excellence, share success stories and announce this year’s winners.

The awards are about more than recognising achievement. They provide an opportunity to celebrate the people, partnerships and innovations helping to shape the future of health and social care and improve outcomes for our citizens.

We look forward to welcoming our shortlisted finalists and guests on 8 October for what promises to be a fantastic celebration and recognition.

Congratulations to all our finalists, and thank you once again to everyone who entered and supported the DHCNI HSC Digital Awards 2026.
