Introducing the Shuri Network: Supporting Diversity in Digital Health and Care

We would like to introduce you to the Shuri Network – a national network focused on improving diversity and inclusion in digital health and care.
The Shuri Network supports women from minority ethnic backgrounds and their allies to grow, connect and progress in digital and data roles. It provides opportunities for networking, mentoring, fellowships and shared learning, while also helping to build a more inclusive workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
Shuri has over 4000 members and allies from all backgrounds including underrepresented groups in digital leadership such as nurses, social workers, midwives and AHPs. Organisations including Trust and suppliers have sought Shuri advice on recruitment in order to improve equality. They provide women of colour with a voice and a platform to progress into leadership roles.
Membership is free and open to anyone who is interested in supporting these aims.
