Musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy appointment self-scheduling coming to My Care.

Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy will be bringing patient self-scheduling tools to My Care starting on 11th May. This will allow service users to schedule certain appointments themselves based on clinician orders, cancel and re-schedule existing appointments, and automatically receive offers for earlier appointment times as they become available.
To support access via online scheduling, clinician schedule templates are being updated to allow open scheduling. Template changes will go into effect on 22 June.
What is Self-Scheduling?
MSK self-scheduling allows service users to:
Book appointments requested by clinicians/physiotherapists.
Cancel or reschedule appointments.
Get offers for earlier appointment times if they become available.
