My Care at the Balmoral Show 2026

My Care will be at the Balmoral Show from Wednesday 13 to Saturday 16 May 2026, supporting farmers and rural communities to access digital health services.
Visit the My Care team at Stand C7, located within the Farm Families Health Checks area. My Care trainers will provide hands‑on, step‑by‑step support to help visitors sign up to My Care, Northern Ireland’s free and secure online patient portal. Support includes setting up a nidirect account, downloading the MyChart app, and getting fully set up on the day.Balmoral Visitor Map PDF 
What you’ll need:
An existing nidirect account, or
A valid email address and ID to create one
A smartphone or tablet with internet access
Visitors are also encouraged to take part in the Free Farm Families Health Checks, which include checks for blood pressure, cholesterol, BMI, diabetes risk, and mental health and wellbeing. Results are explained on the day, with advice and signposting to local services. With consent, results can be shared with your GP.
Delivered as part of the Royal Ulster Agricultural Society’s flagship event, this initiative supports the health and wellbeing of rural communities while helping to break down digital barriers to healthcare.
