My Care reaches 200,000 sign ups in Northern Ireland

We are thrilled to announce that over 200,000 people across Northern Ireland have signed up to the My Care patient portal.
My Care is empowering people to manage their health journeys, making this experience more transparent, patient-centred and accessible. My Care provides information at your fingertips and puts you in control of your health information, anytime, anywhere.
My Care is a secure online portal that is accessible via web browser or the MyChart app, it gives you direct access to your secondary health information and it is quick, easy and free to use. Through My Care you can access your health information securely, such as your medications, appointments and some test results.
My Care service users have spoken about its many benefits, for example, Peter Little who lives with complex health issues and receives care from 6 different consultants across three different Trusts stated “I can help to monitor my own health because I can see trends from the app and I think nowadays that’s really important in many cases that you have to advocate for yourself.”
